   Director of Member Services
  • Manage a team of 10-15 members. Leads the Member Call Center and Appeals & Grievance teams. Provides guidance and leadership to the Member Experience department by directly supervising employees. Develop and implement policies & procedures to ensure all compliance requirements are met. Use customer insight and root cause analytics to identify organization wide improvements and present these plans to leadership and peers. Must be bilingual in Vietnamese and English. Able to work in our Corporate office located in Orange, CA.

   Member Service Specialist (Chinese speaking)
  • The Member Service Specialist is responsible for answering telephonic inquiries from current and potential members and providers regarding Medicare Advantage benefits, eligibility, enrollment, claims, referral, prior authorizations, appeals & grievances and other related concerns. Our Member Service Specialists ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, displaying a desire to help and maintaining a professional demeanor. Member Service Specialists will be expected to maintain quality and performance standards. Must be bilingual in Chinese and English. Able to work in our Corporate office located in Orange, CA.

   Member Services Specialist (Korean speaking)
  • The Member Service Specialist is responsible for answering telephonic inquiries from current and potential members and providers regarding Medicare Advantage benefits, eligibility, enrollment, claims, referral, prior authorizations, appeals & grievances and other related concerns. Our Member Service Specialists ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, displaying a desire to help and maintaining a professional demeanor. Member Service Specialists will be expected to maintain quality and performance standards. Must be bilingual in Korean and English. Able to work in our Corporate office located in Orange, CA.

   Marketing Outreach Coordinator
  • The Marketing Outreach Coordinator supports Astiva’s provider network and the growth plans of the sales and marketing development teams. Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with identified current and potential physicians and their office staff through frequent direct contact and strong relationship building. This person will troubleshoot service matters, maintain knowledge of practice patterns, gather market intelligence and implements strategies to capture business and establish loyalty with identified physicians. This person is also responsible for managing our database development and target audience development, as well as planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV, etc.). Must be bilingual in Korean and English. Must be able to work and commute to our Buena Park office (opening soon).

   Driver
  • The Driver wants to enhance the quality of life for our members. Responsible for transporting senior citizens to various medical appointments and other destinations in a safe, courteous and reliable manner. Assists seniors on and off assigned vehicles to assure passenger safety while riding in assigned vehicles. Communicate professionally, provide customer service to our members, and respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner. Performs other related duties as required. Must be bilingual in English and Korean. Must be able to work and commute to our Orange, CA office.

   Pharmacy Director
  • The Director of Pharmacy is responsible for monitoring of state government changes and putting new policies in-place and educating staff and physicians on the approach and to ensure the processes, programs and services are accomplished in a timely and efficient manner. Additionally, providing clinical support and oversight for all utilization management (UM) activities on an ongoing basis, in accordance with Astiva Health policies and procedures and in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards such as NCQA. Responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and profit and loss for Astiva Health, Inc’s pharmacy annual spend as well as the outsourced Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) relationship. Leads a multi-disciplinary team and partners with clinical leadership to drive an integrated pharmacy and medical management model that will continue to reshape the care delivery system and improve health of the Astiva members. This position requires a strong comfort level of data analysis, prior knowledge of high-cost drug classes, strong analytical skills and an ability to lead at a cross-functional level by stewarding recommendations forward within various leadership forums, the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee and other Astiva Health Leadership. Must be able to work and commute to our Orange, CA office.

   QI Coder (MSO)
  • The Quality Improvement Coder (MSO) is responsible for providing direct support to all QI initiatives for the managed service organization. In this role, the QI Coder will partner with the Director to collaborate with the MSO to improve the quality of care through quality improvement activities that will include RAF, HEDIS, CMS Star Ratings and other reporting. Must be able to work in our Corporate office located in Orange, CA.

   Utilization Management Coordinator (MSO)
  • Under the direction of the Astiva UM Director and Chief Medical Officer processes Prior Authorization-Referral requests that are received from PCPs and-or Specialty Providers, handles incoming telephone calls and routinely interacts with physicians and their office staff. Able to work in our Corporate office located in Orange, CA.
  • Number of positions: 1.
   Utilization Management Manager
  • Under the direction of the Astiva UM Director, manages the UM team and responsible for UM coordination. Participates in the development, implementation, and monitoring of all member care programs including Utilization Management. Manage Prior Authorization-Referral processing requests are received from PCPs and-or Specialty Providers, ensures that the functional responsibilities of UM are conducted in a timely and efficient manner, and performed in accordance with established policies and procedures. Able to work in our Corporate office located in Orange, CA.

   Accounting Assistant
  • In this hands-on role, the Accounting Assistant will work closely with the Controller and accounting team to manage financial functions including accounts payable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end closing, audit documentation, and DMHC & CMS reporting. Must be able to work in our Corporate office located in Orange, CA.
